Young generation is the nation's next generation, a great nation is seen in the quality of its young generation. And a quality young generation must have a healthy and productive lifestyle. However, there are still many young people who have not implemented a healthy lifestyle due to lack of awareness. In our country, Indonesia, only 20% of the population implemented a healthy lifestyle. From that amount, we know that the awareness of the younger generation to implemented a healthy lifestyle is still low. There are many benefits of implemented healthy lifestyle, here are several things that cause the importance of a healthy lifestyle among the younger generation.

            Healthy life style can enhance physical health. The young generation is increasingly prone to a range of health issues due to sedentary behavior and poor dietary choices. Regular physical activity helps combat these issues by reducing the risk of chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular problems.
